Vildan joined MPP in September, 2018. She believes that successful psychiatric care begins with honest and sincere collaboration between clinician and patient, helping the individual enhance all aspects of health and well-being through a mind-body approach. Vildan is a true believer in patients’ resiliency and ability to heal. Her special interests related to psychiatric care include incorporating mindfulness to enhance care through techniques such as yoga and meditation.

Vildan has been a nurse for thirty-four years, including her Advanced Practice Nursing, and has credentials and experience which include:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from The Ohio State University
• Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Simmons College, Boston, MA
• Practice Manager for Cardiology practice
• Clinical practice and supervision of cardiac testing center
• Extensive and varied experience in a variety of settings as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Experience both in hospital and outpatient office settings, in areas including cardiology, medical, surgical and neurosurgical intensive care
