Greg Horn, NP joined MPP in July of 2023

Greg believes truly successful psychiatric care relies on a partnership between doctor and patient built on trust and openness. As an experienced nurse practitioner in the field of psychiatric care, Greg is committed to honesty, communication, and specialty care. His interests include chronic mental health populations, pharmacology research and crisis intervention.

Greg has practiced diagnostics and psychopharmacology for the last 4 years as a psychiatric provider and has over 20 years of healthcare experience.  His  credentials include:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University
• Master’s of psychiatric nursing practice
• Board certification for psychiatric care across lifespan
